  • 3 Pounds Cockles, Washed in tap water then soaked in sea or salted water
  • 3 Fluid Ounces dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to Taste
  • 1 Bunch parsley, Chopped
  • 1 lemon, Cut into wedges
