Ingredients
- 2 1/4 lbs. salmon fillet
- 1 C. soy sauce
- 1/4 C rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 C fresh squeezed lemon juice(2 lemons approx)
- 2 tbl oyster sauce
- 1 tbl fish sauce
- 1 tbl dark sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp chili paste (or more)
- 1/2 C sliced scallions (or more)
- 2 tbl minced garlic ( I did 2 cloves)
- 2 tbl grated fresh ginger(or more)
- 1 1/2 c panko(japanese bread crumbs, no substitution)
