OK, So Maybe I Wouldn't Put Gravy On These, But Mashed Cauliflower Is Surprisingly Good And Satisfying. I Might Use A Food Processor Or Try An Immersion Blender Rather Than A Standard Blender On This. Too Tedious To Get Out Of The Jar!
