Ingredients
- cinnamon crust - see crust page.
- 2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 5 large eggs
- 4 packets Motts cider powder
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3-4 apples, peeled, cored, sliced(I use Ida Reds)
Description
A Classic Taste With A Little Punch. I Have Found That The Motts Brand Of Cider Powders Work Best, And I Prefer The Granny Smith Flavor For The Bit Of Sour It Provides.
