Apple Cider Cinnamon Cheesecake Recipe


  • cinnamon crust - see crust page.
  • 2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 4 packets Motts cider powder
  • 1 tea. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3-4 apples, peeled, cored, sliced(I use Ida Reds)


A Classic Taste With A Little Punch. I Have Found That The Motts Brand Of Cider Powders Work Best, And I Prefer The Granny Smith Flavor For The Bit Of Sour It Provides.
