Ingredients
- 1 Kg green asparagus
- 10 g butter (or more)
- 10 g sugar
- 500 g potatoes
- 50 g lobster-paste
- 1/8 L milk
- 1/4 L cream
- 2 TSP corn starch or potato starch
- pepper, salt
- 1/2 TBSP lemon juice
- 200 g shrimp
- 1 TBSP fresh chopped dill
- i like to use the green asparagus for this recipe, looks more colorful then with the normally served white asparagus ('normally' meaning here, in Germany)
