• 1 Kg green asparagus
• 10 g butter (or more)
• 10 g sugar
• 500 g potatoes
• 50 g lobster-paste
• 1/8 L milk
• 1/4 L cream
• 2 TSP corn starch or potato starch
• pepper, salt
• 1/2 TBSP lemon juice
• 200 g shrimp
• 1 TBSP fresh chopped dill
• i like to use the green asparagus for this recipe, looks more colorful then with the normally served white asparagus ('normally' meaning here, in Germany)
