Asparagus Salad With Balsamic Vinegar Recipe


  • 2 pounds asparagus tough ends trimmed and cut into 2” pieces
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 small red bell pepper cut julienne
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans toasted
