- 4 pounds unpeeled, large fresh shrimp or 6 pounds shrimp with heads on
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons creole seasoning
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- French bread

- 2 1/2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp salt (you can use less, to your taste)
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp dried leaf oregano
- 1 Tbsp dried leaf thyme
