Artichoke Spinach Cannellini Bean Bow Tie Recipe


  • 1 12 oz box bow tie pasta (boil for 10 minutes)
  • 2 cups of Fresh baby spinach (blanch for 2 minutes until bright green)
  • 8 oz bag of frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1/8 cup of fresh basil (julienned)
  • 3.25 oz can pitted black olives (sliced in half)
  • 15.5 oz can cannellini beans (white beans) (rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup or more EVOO
  • salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder (to taste)
