Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs large or larger shrimp, shell off, tail on. (Or mix shrimps and scallops)
- Marinade:
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 t crushed garlic
- 2 t crushed ginger
- 2 limes, quartered
- ½ cup mirin
- 1-2 t rice vinegar
- 4 healthy shots of hot sauce
- ½ t sea salt
