- 8oz jar artichoke hearts in water(if you must get brined, please rinse well), chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4oz goat cheese
- 4T butter, softened
- several sprigs of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1t poultry seasoning(or equivalent)
- salt and fresh ground pepper
- 2T olive oil
- Old Bay seasoning or paprika
