Asparagus Quiche Recipe


  • 10" deep-dish uncooked pie shell (I ONLY use Julia Child's Cuisinart recipe)
  • 5 medium eggs
  • 1 green onion, chopped.
  • 3 ounces (1 can) french-fried onion rings.
  • 6 oz shredded Swiss cheese.
  • 5 oz. shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cooked, cut 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup milk.
  • ½ cup cream.
