Ingredients
- 1- 6.5 oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained & finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t white pepper
- 1/4 t dried oregano
- 1 T fresh parsley, minced
- a few shakes of tabasco or hot sauce
- 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan, freshly grated, not the powdered stuff
Description
My Friend Pam Made This For Me A Few Years Back And I Hounded Her For The Recipe. These Are Delicious Hot Or Cold, And Can Be Served As A Snack, Brunch Or Lunch (with Salad). They Also Freeze Well, But You Won't Need To Because They Will Dissapear!
