- 8 to 10 medium potatoes; large cubed
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage ( cut in rings)
- 1/4 pound smoked bacon; cut in small cubes)
- 1 large onion; finely chopped
- 1 medium cubanelle or frying pepper; chopped
- 1 medium tomato ( 6 to 8 slices)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large Tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Vegeta ( cna be found in Hungarian deli. Substitute same amount of adobo or other all-purpose seasoning if Vegeta unavailable)
- 1 Tablespoon ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 pinch ground sweet basil
- 3 to 4 coriander seed
- 1/2 to 1/3 cup water
