• 1 medium tomato ( 6 to 8 slices)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 large Tablespoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon Vegeta ( cna be found in Hungarian deli. Substitute same amount of adobo or other all-purpose seasoning if Vegeta unavailable)
• 1 Tablespoon ketchup
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
• 1 pinch ground sweet basil
• 3 to 4 coriander seed
• 1/2 to 1/3 cup water
