Ingredients
- ⢠2 pounds ground beef
- ⢠1 can (29 ounce size) tomato sauce
- ⢠5 cans (15 ounce size) kidney beans w/liquid
- ⢠1 can (29 ounce size) pinto beans w/liquid
- ⢠1 medium onion, diced
- ⢠2 green chili, diced ( I used I can of diced chiles)
- ⢠1 Rib celery, diced
- ⢠3 medium tomatoes, chopped (No salt tomatoes in the can work well if totally ripe tomatoes are not in season.)
- ⢠I added 1 can and the 3 tomatoes
- ⢠2 teaspoons cumin powder
- ⢠3 tablespoons chili powder
- ⢠1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- ⢠1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- ⢠2 teaspoons salt (I did not add salt. These is so much in the beans, add some to the bowl if you need it.)
- ⢠2 cups water (I did not add any water, the liquid from the cans was sufficient and took a while to boil down.)
