Asian Egg Omelette Recipe

  • 200 g boneless chicken thigh. cubed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup and
  • tomato ketchup garnish
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c milk
