• 1/2 c mozzarella cubed or shredded
• 1/4 cup parmesan or romano cheese grated ,
• salt & pepper to taste
• Chopped fresh parsley, to taste
• 1 large egg
• garlic powder or fresh minced garlic to taste,
• basil or italian seasoning to taste
• cornmeal pizza dough
• 1 pkt. ( 1/4 ounce ) active dry yeast
• 1 cup warm water , more if needed
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 3/4 to 3 cups bread flour
• 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 Tbs olive oil
• Sealant: olive oil, water and egg wash
• Favorite pizza sauce for topping calzones if desired
