Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup ground almonds (bake almonds on 350°F for 7 minutes and allow to cool before grinding)
- 1/2 t. almond extract or 2 t amaretto liqueur
