- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 2 16oz jars pasta sauce-your favorite brand(I use Prego)
- 3 cloves garlic-minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 9 lasagna noodles-cooked and drained
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley(or 3 tablespoons fresh)
- 1 24oz tub cottage cheese
- 1 8oz carton ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
- 6 slice provolone cheese
- 4 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
