- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 eggs separated
- 1 cup of sugar

The Nicest Winter Dessert. Creamy Apple Custard Topped With Meringue. Always A Winner, Yet To Hear One Bad Comment About It. Low Fat And Needs No Ice Cream Or Cream (in My Opinion!)
