- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne, or other ground dried chilies
- 1 teaspoon pressed garlic clove
- 2 cups cabbage
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 1 cup apple or apricot juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 - 2 Cups okra, chopped
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
