- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp.finely chopped shallots
- 1/4 tsp. salt-don't add salt if using anchovy paste
- 1 clove garlic crushed and minced
- 1/8 tsp. caynne pepper
- 1/3 cup. dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- paprika
