Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 to 2 tsp dijon-style mustard
- Dash white pepper (I used black myself)
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped (non-marinated)
- 1 cup loosely packed, coarsely chopped spinach leaves (I used 1 box frozen spinach that had been thawed and drained well by squeezing)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion (1 medium)
