Ingredients
- 2 packs ramen noodles - at least 1 oriental flavor - low fat is ok
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T soy sauce - low sodium is ok
- 1/2 t fresh minced ginger
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 3/4 lb. skinless boneless chicken breast cut into strips
- 1/2 c small broccoli florets or chopped broccoli w/ stalks
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper seeded & chopped
- 1 tomato chopped small
