- 3 pounds apples, peeled, cored and sliced (Granny Smith for me)
- 1 cup unfiltered apple cider
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3 pint-size Mason jars with lids
Although I'm Unable To Do Any "jarring" Of Foods Any More, When I Could This Was One Of My Favorites To Make And Stock. It Makes Three Pints Of Apple Butter, Ergo The 3 In The "serving" Space.
