- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 1/3 cup crushed garlic
- 3 large fresh tomato finely chopped
- 4 large eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Tsp fresh chopped oregano or chubritza (see note below)
- 3 Tsp flour
- 4 Tsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- salt and pepper to taste
