  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoon apple brandy
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (or more)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup chunky applesauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • TOPPING:
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup butter, very soft
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
