Apple Bourbon Pork Recipe

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
