- 4 cups ketchup
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons ground mustard
- juice and zest of 2 limes (3 if small)
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
