- 1 small head of cabbage, finely chopped or shredded
- 1/2 small bag frozen peas
- 4 chicken breasts,
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro finely chopped
- 1 small can of mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced almonds, (packaged ones work great!)
- 3 green onions, sliced in 1" lengths, then sliced in half lengthwise
- Oriental flavor Top-ramen noodles

So Good Served With Homemade Rolls. You Can Eat This And Never Get Too Full! So Tasty! I Make It All The Time In The Summer. Great Hit At Parties!
