Agean Personal Pizzas Recipe


  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 oz (or so) fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • red pepper flakes
  • 2 plum tomatoes, sliced into thin half-moons
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz water-packed tuna, drained well
  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 4 large black olives, pitted and sliced


This Pizza Uses A Classic Combination Of Mediterranean Flavours Which Will Really Seduce The Taste Buds. Dairy Free Since I Can't Have Milk And Soy Cheese Is (IMHO) Gross! Adapted From Weight Watchers, And An Awesome Weekend Lunch Or Light Dinner.
