- 1â4 cup grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1â4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 Tbs. chopped mixed fresh herbs, such
- as rosemary and thyme
- 3 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
