Ingredients
- Adobo marinade
- 3 oranges
- 1 lime
- 2-3 canned chipotle chilies or to taste
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp cumin (I prefer ground, but can use seeds)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 TB red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt

This Is A Marinade The Mexican Markets Where I Lived In Tucson Would Use To Marinate Their Beef And Chicken In. It's Wonderfully Delicious. It Marinates 1 1/2 To 2 Pounds Of Meat Or Chicken.
