Ingredients
- 4 nice size artichokes
- Package of Mozzerella (shredded or I used the block)
- olive oil (1 cup)
- garlic (sliced) about 4-5 cloves
- butter
- Seasonings:
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning, oregano
Description
Had Some Artichokes And Normally Always Stuff With Italian Stuffing, Didn't Feel Like Doing All That With These, So Had Some Mozzerella And Just Stuffed With That, They Came Out Great
