Affordable Truffled Potato Wedges Recipe


  • 2 lbs potatoes, cut into wedges(I don't bother peeling)
  • about 2T olive oil
  • 2t malt or red wine vinegar
  • 1t semi coarsley ground pepper
  • 2t truffle salt
  • about 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
