Almond Rice Recipe


  • 1 3/4 cups long-grain white rice, uncooked
  • 3 cups broth (vegetable or chicken, your preference)
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt


This Is A Family Favorite And Easy To Make. I Make This When Plain Rice Is Just Too "plain", But I Don't Feel Like Making Mashed Potatoes.
