Ingredients
- 4-6 eggs
- 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- 1 large yellow squash chopped into small pieces
- 1 TBSP dry sage
- 2 large cloves garlic - minced
- 1 TBSP butter
- 1TBSP olive oil
- * NOT extra virgin-you what mild flavour here-if you only have extra virgin then just double the amount of butter and skip the oil
- salt and pepper to taste
