- 1/4 t. ground pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 med. onion
- 2 cooking apples
- 3 T. oil
- 1 1/4 C. red wine
- 6 T. apple sauce
- Garnish:
- apple slices
- 2 T. butter

A Perfect Mix Of Fall Flavors And Foods Prepared Relatively Easy On The Stovetop. I Am Not A Venison Fan Myself, But My Husband And Kids Love It. I Am Sure You Will Too :)
