- 1-3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 2-1/4-ounce can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
- 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 8 ounces white cheddar cheese, shredded

Being A Huge Fan Of Pastitsio, This Recipe From BHG Caught My Eye. I Will Play Around With This Recipe, Making A Few Changes, To Make It More Like Pastitsio. I Would Replace The White Cheddar W/ Mozzarella, Make A Bechamel Sauce & Sprinkle Fresh Grat
