- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 ounces bulk pork sausage (any flavor)
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 package "Shake 'n' Bake" coating for pork
Description
Not For The Faint Hearted. I Usually Serve These With A Ranch Dip And Plenty Of Cold Beer.
