Ingredients
- 2 chicken thighs
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 sm. can green beans; drained
- 1 can water chestnuts; drained
- 1 can sliced mushrooms; drained
- 1/2 can cream of chicken soup; undiluted
- 1/2 can chicken broth
- 4 celery stalks ( + some leaves & yellow heart of celery); sliced
- Smart Balance Light
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbl. corn starch mixed with a little hot water (to thicken)
- Teriaki sauce, to taste
- Minute Rice or rice noodles, optional
