Mels Chicken Chow Mein Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 sm. can green beans; drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts; drained
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms; drained
  • 1/2 can cream of chicken soup; undiluted
  • 1/2 can chicken broth
  • 4 celery stalks ( + some leaves & yellow heart of celery); sliced
  • Smart Balance Light
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbl. corn starch mixed with a little hot water (to thicken)
  • Teriaki sauce, to taste
  • Minute Rice or rice noodles, optional
