- Pre-Cooking
- 1 Bottle Lawry's teriyaki marinade ( I use the one with pineapple)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
- 1 teaspoon honey
- (With 8 pork steaks listed below)
- Main Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce(I use Aloha)
- 1/2 cup dry sherry(Optional)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed(or 1 Tablespoon garlic powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (I use Tony Romas Carolina honeys)
- 1 8-ounce can pineapple chunks (do not drain)
- 1 Tablespoon grape jelly
- 8 Large pork steaks (or 16 Standard Sized pork chops)
Description
These Pork Chops Do Take A Long Time - But It Is Well Worth It. I Serve This With Wild Rice And A Hearty Salad. Very Filling.
