- 1-1 1/2 pounds of pork cut for stew and pounded
- seasoned flour to coat
- sesame oil
- dash of white wine
- 1 small pat butter
- 1 bunch green onions chopped in 1 inch pieces
- 1 small bag chopped frozen vidaila or Texas sweet onions
- sliced large green pimento olives
- leftover veggies:
- I had a handful of peas
- about 8 string beans
- chopped tomatoes ( from tacos)
- spoonful sour cream
- 4 red or green chili peppers sliced very thin
- frozen and thawed pork gravy
- rice in broth
Description
A Quick -to-prepare Supper Which I Made Tonite Using Leftovers And Fresh. Vidalias Were On Sale, So I Bought And Chopped All But 2 And Froze In Little Bags. Very Handy For Everything.
