- 2 jars marinated artichokes hearts
- 1/2 onion - chopped
- 4 eggs - beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
- salt
- pepper
- dash of tabasco
- 2 tbls. ortega chiles (they come in a small can)
