Ingredients

- 3 cups raw long-grain rice
- 3 cups chicken stock, heated to the boil
- 3 cups water, heated to the boil
- 2 medium Tomatoes; peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder (optional)
