Apricot Glazed Spareribs Recipe


  • 6 pounds pork spareribs
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 c. apricot preserves
  • ¼ c. onion, chopped
  • ¼ c. ketchup
  • 2 TB brown sugar
  • 1 TB oil
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. salt


A Wonderful Recipe For The Next Time You Have Pork Spareribs. Found On The Internet. Finish These Off Under The Broiler If It's Too Cold To Grill. I've Never Timed It This Way I Just Eyeball It.
