  • 15 ounces canned or fresh abalone
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sake
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 4 ounces water
  • 1 ounce sugar


This Is Very Unusual But Very Tasty. I Obtained It From A Japanese Cookbook When I Started Experimenting With Ethnical Cooking. I Love Tuna So This One Caught My Eye And It Is Very Good.
