Ingredients

• 1 box of lemon cake mix
• 1 small box of lemon pudding
• 1 cup of water
• 1 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 tbsp key lime juice
• green food coloring –optional-
• glaze
• 2 cups confectioners sugar
• 1/3 cup key lime juice
• to switch things up or give it a different kick. Replace key lime juice with non alcohol margarita mix.
• Blend together adding more or less sugar to thin glaze.
• 9x13 pan
• something to grease pan with.
• cream cheese frosting / icing
• 1 stick or margarine, melted or butter
• 1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese room temperature
• 1 box confectioner’s sugar
• 1 tsp key lime juice.
• OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
• Fine crushed graham crackers
• lime zest I prefer organic for this
