Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups asparagus
- Whipped mayonnaise sauce (see recipe below).
- Steam asparagus, or use canned plain asparagus.
- Save asparagus juice and serve on the side.
- Garnish sauce with chopped chives and 4 pickles.
