Ingredients
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pound of sliced mushroom, sauteed in butter or olive oil and drained. (This takes about 10 minutes in a frying pan.)
- 1 pound of spaghetti noodles, cooked, drained.
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 2 whole eggs, beaten slightly
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 cup of parmesan cheese as a topping
- 2 cups of shredded chicken
