Mushroom Soup Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound of sliced mushroom, sauteed in butter or olive oil and drained. (This takes about 10 minutes in a frying pan.)
  • 1 pound of spaghetti noodles, cooked, drained.
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 whole eggs, beaten slightly
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 cup of parmesan cheese as a topping
  • 2 cups of shredded chicken
