- 1/2 cup rum
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp fresh-grated ginger
