  • 3 oz prunes (about 12)
  • 4.6 oz diced dates
  • 3.8 oz dried cranberries
  • 4 oz currants
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp fresh-grated ginger
